WHO WE ARE


MSPAssist is a division of Technospecs Technologies Pvt Ltd which is an ISO 9001:2008 certified IT company incorporated in year 2010 and is veteran in the field of backend support for the MSP businesses. We are headquartered in India with several branch offices. MSPAssist provides the complete backend support to the IT managed services providers in various areas of their operations. Our parent company i.e. Technospecs is Microsoft Gold partner, Labtech software distributor in India and Microsoft Office 365 cloud services reseller along with several other vendor associations like VMWare and Cisco.

MSPAssist has strong emphasize on delivering the quality services to our clients and for this reason it has the team of qualified and experienced IT support and professionals. Our office is setup with the state of art IT infrastructure and proven and efficient work practices for overall customer satisfaction. Our office remains open 24 hours a day on weekdays (Mon – Fri) and partial availability on weekends. MSPAssist is capable and reliable IT partner for outsourcing the basic to advanced level tasks for any MSP business because of its experience working remotely for hundreds of established MSP clients and the robust support model that we have built.
